Finnish - English Dictionary

Babies have their own language before they can speak with the elegance and articulation for which I am known. I always noted this in other people's kids, mostly that their parent are the only ones in the world who can understand them.

Finn is creating his own language now. For example, here is a picture of a "BOE!".

His language is like Chinese in that the same word has different meanings given the inflection and tone. I have tried to represent that in the accompanying dictionary.

Here is the current Finn - English Dictionary

BOE! - Boat (n.) anything on the Ohio River

Baaawww - Ball (n.) a sphere, orb, or circle

BAW! - Bear (n.) Any large and furry animal

Daaawwwn - Down or Up (v.) Desire to change elevation

DOE! - Door (n.) Barriers to fun

Meeeooow - Cat (n.) Cat.
